1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact
  • The request is made within [3–7] days of delivery
  • The item is the wrong size, color, or design, or was delivered damaged

📦 Note: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.


2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations after delivery
  • Items returned after the eligible exchange window

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The exact product ordered is out of stock or unavailable
  • A return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or delivery error
  • The item cannot be replaced and the customer prefers a refund

💰 Refunds will be processed within [5–10] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
